How Ironic do I come across an article about Shonda Rhimes today? And how appropriate for Talent Tuesday?
Well,
Rhimes has taken Issa Rae underneit her her wing. If you don’t know who
Issa Rae is, she is an up-and-coming filmmaker who has become quite
popular on youtube over the years with her web series, The Misadventures
of Awkward Black Girl.
I
have watched some of her episodes before, and she too is also a very
talented woman. I was so happy to read this article and see that Rhimes
have partnered with her because it just shows that she doesn’t just bask
in her own fame and success but she is reaching back and pulling
someone along with her.
