Find solace this week by having a good old heart to heart conversation with a family member or friend. Once you do you will find that you let go of harboring feelings and can clear the air about some things. It's good for your relationship with that person too. It allows you to move forward. Shoot have a good old heart to heart and cry if you have to. Conversation is good for the mind, body, and spirit.
