- When we're at our happiest or our lives seemed to be where we want them the unexpected happens. How do you think Gloria will deal with the loss of her husband? Who killed him? In our world today innocent lives get taken like Marvin's way to often. What will cease violence within our communities

ReplyDeleteNow Savannah...like you said if she let her nephew stay with her there will be nothing but trouble..but she going through this big porn mess with her husband so she shouldnt even dare to do that and thinking about that question i often think about what legacy I'm leaving and what am I put on this earth to do...and you know that beyonce song "I was here" kind of relates to that and always make me think about making my mark on somewhere somehow..i hope her husband isn't hiding anything else in his closest and another quote I liked from this chapter was "I beleive the only way to evaluate how we're living is how we're not living" I KNOW THATS RIGHT!

cant believe sexy (leon) Russel is in jail damn! and that little girl is a trip. I mean I'm pretty close with my mother and now that I'm older i say a lot more things I would not have said to her when I was 15 but the things she was saying to her mother Robin was crazy! But to relate to her I tell myself now that I dont want a job that I hate and I am unhappy to go to every day...that would take everything out of me and put a real damper on my life if I was stuck in this position best believe I would be on my "EAT PRAY LOVE journey" LBS

I have a feeling she just gone overdose and be in a real serious condition later because how crushed would you be when your SECOND marriage is down the drain and on top of that he was living a double life I dont know how I would take or deal with something like that. To learn that your marriage was a total lie the whole entire time!!!! Thats some "diary of a mad black woman" this is going to affect her so much!

The happy one...but that has definitely ended. The love of your life just gone??? and on the day of their anniversary? Just sad! I dont know how she is going to deal with this one...Probably go into depression...There were gangs involved in his death and of course that goes on a lot now...and its just sad because its always the innocent bystanders ALWAYS...I dont know how this will end, I doubt it can be stopped

Great points! With Savannah, I thought she opened the book giving us advice but now she needs ours. P.s. I was listening to Beyonce's album 4 a few hours ago. It's so much that could happen.
